At Pawzy, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the happiness of our customers. Because many of our items are personal-use pet products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns
Pawzy does not accept returns for any products, whether opened or unopened.
Refunds
Since returns are not accepted, refunds are not provided, except in rare cases where a product arrives defective or damaged.

We will gladly replace the item at no extra cost if the issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Non-Returnable Items
All items sold by Pawzy are considered non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective upon arrival.
